A woman leaps over a valley soaring with cherry balloons. “Cherries” is one in my series Women Dancing with Vegetables. I am on a mission to transform our perception of “healthy eating” from boring and burdensome to joy and delight. When we eat vegetables, we infuse our bodies with vitality.
