Doc, Marty, McFly, Calvin, SLA Artists and Supporters...

Look for the DeLorean and meet us at the clock tower (Shorewood High School) at precisely 5pm on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 to celebrate 35 years of ShoreLake Arts cultivating creativity and inspiring our community through the arts!

We'll travel back to 1989 when Madonna was on top of the charts and our schools were losing major funding for the arts; shoulder pads were all the rage, and ShoreLake Arts (and Taylor Swift) were born.

Don your shiniest fabrics and tease up your locks for an evening of nostalgic revelry featuring a rockin wine and cocktail hour (5-6pm), a totally rad baked potato bar, games, a live auction, and a delicious dessert dash (6-8pm).  This is a night for all 21 and over to enjoy and help raise money to ensure the future is bright for ShoreLake Arts supporting Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, and surrounding areas.  Now that's heavy!

But wait -the night is still young!  It's only 8pm! Quick, grab a spiked punch and hit the floor for a dance party with DJ Franksy. Get creative with your outfit and you could even be crowned prom royalty for being “best dressed.”

Don’t miss this chance to relive your glory days along with ShoreLake Arts.  Cheers to 35+ more years!

ShoreLake Arts annual Gala raises critical funds to support arts programming, including arts education and free community arts & culture events like the Lantern Festival, Concerts in the Park, 6x6NW, and more. Join us for a fun celebration of the arts with your neighbors, colleagues, and new friends.
