COVID-19 HEALTH POLICY

Updated March 10, 2022

As we return to indoor and outdoor in-person presentations,  the safety of our audiences, students, artists, and staff is our first priority.  We continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health and update our practices and plans as circumstances and guidelines change.

For events/office visits/Gallery, we require:

All patrons over the age of 2 years to wear a mask while in the ShoreLake Arts offices, Gallery, and at events.

For arts education classes, we require:

Both the use of masks AND proof of Up to Date vaccination status (OR a verified negative COVID-19 test result) for those 5 years of age and over. Please see the COVID-19 Policies for Art Adventure youth camps for details.

On March 1, 2022, King County rolled back its vaccine mandate and made it optional for businesses to impose their own vaccine requirements for patrons. ShoreLake Arts will not make changes to our current mask and vaccine requirements for audiences and students through at least May 31, 2022.

Accepted forms of vaccine verification are:

  • CDC COVID-19 vaccination record card or photo of card

  • Printed certificate or QR code from MyIRMobile.com

  • Other official immunization record from within or outside the United States, including from your healthcare provider. A photo or copy of this card is also acceptable.

Alternatively, if you are age 5+ and unvaccinated or cannot prove Up to Date vaccination status, you will be required to show proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit. No vaccination or testing requirements apply to guests under the age of 5.

Up to Date means a person has received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible. For more information about COVID-19 vaccine definitions and eligibility, see Stay Up to Date With your Vaccines on the CDC’s website.
