We are adhering to WA State guidelines along with CDC safety guidelines. The policies below help to ensure we provide a safe environment and a way to support our performing arts community and bring people together in music.
Please note - this might change coming up to the event as we adapt to changing restrictions.
You must reserve tickets in advance of the event this year. These are FREE, released one week prior to each event. This is to ensure we can comply with our capacity allowance for safety guidelines.
Children who can sit on a lap (under 2), are not required to get their own ticket.
Masks - Masks are required (yes even if you are outside, yes even if you are vaccinated) - ages 5 and up. Removal of masks is only allowed while actively eating or drinking.
Seating - you must maintain 6 feet between groups.
Chairs - bring a picnic blanket or a low backed chair (high back chairs aren't ideal, but if you do bring one, we do need you to sit in the back row so you don't restrict your neighbors view)
Stay seated - please stay seated to maintain social distance. Doesn't apply when using the bathroom (porta potty available).
Group size - you must keep your group size to a maximum of 15 people limited to two households per group.
Food & Beverage - we encourage you to bring a picnic from home. No food trucks or refreshments will be provided this year.
We understand there is a lot to cover, and appreciate your understanding as we navigate COVID-19 and find safe ways to engage with our community.
