Crafting small batch locally in Shoreline, making herbal oils and teas so you can create rituals of self care to bring you back into your body. Organic or herbs grown without pesticides are used to create my herbal oils and teas. St John's Wort is infused in organic olive oil over several months, soaking up the summer sun and turning the oil a brilliant red. The Tension Release Oil has St John's wort oil, arnica oil and lavender oil is the perfect mix to soothe your neck and shoulder stress. My teas are wonderful for creating time and space to sit a moment, take a deep breath and just be, even for a moment.
