Putting the "A" in SteAm!
Description:
Mad scientists entering grades 2-5 in Fall 2024 unite! Let's discover some of the colorful and exciting ways science and art overlap in this fun SteAm week! Activities will include color experiments, design your own slime time, light and shadow projects, centrifugal force art-making techniques, and much more! Each day we will do exciting science experiments and hands-on art activities inspired by what we learn.
This full-day camp will include supervised lunch and break times, opportunities for outdoor play, and a variety of thematic movement activities and games throughout the week.

What to Bring
Nut-free lunch
Morning and afternoon nut-free snacks
Reusable water bottle
Students are encouraged to "dress for art mess" and summer weather
Optional: Students may choose to bring a smock to protect their clothing if desired
All other supplies are provided by ShoreLake Arts
Financial Aid
ShoreLake Arts reserves seats in every Summer Camp and ArtLAB we run for students who will be offered financial aid. We will begin to contact families who have applied for financial aid for this session on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as the session meets its minimum enrollment. We will continue to offer financial aid scholarships until all of our Summer 2024 financial aid funds are dispersed.
