2022 Rotating Exhibits at the ShoreLake Arts Gallery

Due Date: October 31st, 2021

ShoreLake Arts is looking for local artists to show in 2022 at our gallery in Lake Forest Park, WA.


Our 5-6 week rotating exhibits feature two artists with each person showing on approximately 9 feet of wall space. The gallery schedule is set on a yearly basis.

Lantern Festival 

Due Date: Varies

We are seeking Food Trucks, Visual Artists, Performing Artists for our newly established Lantern Festival on February 12th, 2022. 

Community Project Awards

Due Date: November 15,  2021

Does your group need help presenting an arts event that serves the community? We fund special projects, artists’ residencies, and performances that extend the group’s usual scope. Awards range from about $250 - $1,500. 

SSSFF 2022 | Call for Short Films

Due Date: January 3rd, 2022

The Shoreline Short Short Film Festival aims to support emerging and developing filmmakers in Washington State and encourage appreciation for the art of filmmaking in our community

Films must be 3-13 minutes in length and made in Washington or by Washington filmmakers. Major hometown vibes at this event! 

$15 to submit.

$10 for student filmmakers. 

Call for Artists: Small Works & Gifts

Due Date: ongoing, year-round

ShoreLake Arts is looking for local artists to display their handmade small works and gift items at the ShoreLake Arts Gallery in Lake Forest Park. We carry a variety of items and mediums – jewelry, sculpture, cards, miniatures, pottery, glass, metal, wood, scarves, purses, etc.

Call for Project Proposals: MiniGrants

Due Date: ongoing, year-round

ShoreLake Arts offers funds (up to $300) for community art projects that are created by teens and promote diversity.

Edible Book Festival

Coming: February 2022

The Edible Book Festival brings people together for a lighthearted culinary, artistic, and literary celebration. Creations made from food and inspired by works of literature. Virtual for 2021 to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect our community.

Photography exhibition and fundraiser, 8X8Photo features hundreds of 8x8-inch photographs online from talent locally, and all over the country, all available to purchase for $36 each.

Call for Artists: 2022 Shoreline Arts Festival - Juried Art Show

The Juried Art Show features 2D, 3D and Photography. Registration is through CaFE. Awards and prizes in all three categories! 

Call for Youth Artists: Shoreline Arts Festival Youth Art Show

All Shoreline area students (K-12) are invited to participate in the Youth Art Exhibition which is a favorite community tradition of the Shoreline Arts Festival. Artwork of any medium is accepted.

Call for Artists: 6X6NW

Coming: July 1st, 2022

Art exhibition and fundraiser, 6X6NW  features hundreds of 6x6-inch works of art from artists locally, and all over the country, in all variety of medium. 

Registration usually opens in July, with the show at the start of October.
