Print Witchery

Print Witchery is all about the magic of print on paper and about fine art and fun art. The etchings are a very traditional form of printmaking, where the image is scratched into and then chemically etched on copper plates, inked and run through a hand cranked printing press. Though many images can be made from one plate, each is unique thanks to the hand made nature of the process. The images of nature and folklore have the appearance of having been torn from the pages of an old book in an antique library.The advent and activity calendars feature 24 to 30 unique cartoon images behind each door and are a fun way to mark the month while learning about folklore, film and other fun topics.
