Event Details:

This event will be held as a Drive-In Movie

Event date: Saturday, April 24th, 2021 (rain date backup: 1st backup date Sunday, April 25th, 2nd backup date Sunday, May 9th, 2021) - note on what the weather would be like if we had to change the date. i.e. over 15mph winds etc.

Location: This event will be held as a Drive-In Movie style event. Shorewood High School, 17300 Fremont Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133.

Tickets: Accepted films will receive 1 complementary ticket to this event (1 car) by April 10th, 2021


Additional tickets purchases (per car): $40 Standard (member $30), $75 VIP (member $65). Each ticket will come with a custom made goodie box.

Hours: 7pm - 11pm

Arrival:​ Cars arrive 7-8pm (strict cutoff time). Introductions start at 8.15pm, films start playing at 8.30pm

Parking: We park cars according to size (large in back and small in front)


Social distancing: You must stay at least 6 feet away from other people, and mask must be worn at all times.

Laurels will be provided to accepted filmmakers. Social share images will be made available as well.

Film Submission Details:


  • Films must be produced/made in Washington

  • Film Length: Between 3-13 minutes long

  • Films are required to have been completed after January 1, 2019

  • Filmmakers must have proper license to all copyrighted music, video, and images included in the duration of their submission(s)

  • All non-English films must have English subtitles

  • Submissions must be made online. DVDs and Blu-Rays will not be accepted

  • Filmmakers may submit only one film

  • All entries are final and may not be withdrawn from the festival once submitted


Submission Fees:


$10 for Students

$15 for General Submission 

Important Dates:

Submissions open: 1st December, 2020

Submissions close: 15th February, 2021

Notice of acceptance: Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by March 15th, 2021

Awards: films will be juried and awards will be given out at the event for the following categories:


Best Picture | $500

Best Comedy | $250

Best Music Video | $250

Best Student Film | $250

Best General Film | $250

Best Animated Film | $250

People's Choice Award | $250
