Here is the list of ingredients you will need for this workshop:

  • 3 Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp of Chives, diced
  • 1/2 lb. Large shrimp, tail-on, peeled and deveined
