Stacey Almgren

Stacey Almgren started her career as an artist/graphic designer/illustrator in Aspen, Colorado. Her passion for the outdoors and nature has been present in her work from this formative time. She has exhibited her work throughout the US, as well as internationally in Singapore and New Zealand. She currently exhibits locally and continues to be inspired by the colors found in nature. Her current inspirations can be found in the trees and landscapes found in the Pacific Northwest.

She lives with her family in Woodinville and is the program director for the Woodinville Arts Alliance. She has expanded her business to include art classes, paintings, and commissioned artwork. She was recently commissioned by the City of Woodinville to paint a mural along the Sammamish River Trail. She is an art instructor at Tsuga Fine Art Gallery and Bellevue College. She is a nationally recognized online art instructor where she helps students expand on their expertise and reach as aspiring artists. Stacey is a formally trained illustrator and graphic designer and graduated from Purdue University with a BA degree in Visual Arts.
