Thank you to everyone who applied!

ShoreLakeArts maintains a roster of emerging, mid-career, and established artists working in a variety of disciplines who are prequalified for these opportunities and serve as the go-to artists for ShoreLake Arts programs.

Apply today to be considered for 2021-22 Artist Roster! The call is open to professional and semi-professional artists residing in Western Washington. ShoreLake Arts is passionately committed to antiracism. Artists who self-identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ are strongly encouraged to apply.

What types of opportunities are available

through the Artist Roster?

in Schools

Each year, the Artists in Schools program provides thousands of dollars of funding for local professional artists to partner with Shoreline School District educators in order to bring the arts into PreK - 12th grade classrooms.

Create & Make

Adult Workshops

ShoreLake Arts’ Create & Make adult workshop series allows adult learners to work alongside professional local artists to do fun, hands-on creative projects. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Create & Make workshops were held virtually in 2020. However, we anticipate a return to in-person workshops in the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park area in 2021!

Private Lesson Recommendations

Interested in teaching private lessons? ShoreLake Arts receives frequent requests for information about local arts instructors and pass those requests along to our Artist Roster.

Partner Organization Recommendations

At ShoreLake Arts, we stand behind our rostered artists and take every chance we get to advocate for them. We love recommending our artists to our numerous partner organizations for funding and professional opportunities.

We are proud of our artists and love to share your work with others! Throughout the year, artists are profiled on ShoreLake Arts' website and social media as a part of our Featured Artist series. This is a great way to increase your reach and get your work in front a wider audience!

ShoreLake Arts is continually creating new opportunities, so expect more to come!
